We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your item.

Returns must be sent to the following address:

A return label is included in the package. If you wish to use it, simply attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at a GLS Parcel Shop.

Using the enclosed return label costs 20 EUR. This amount will automatically be deducted from your refund when we process your return.

We recommend returning the item in secure packaging to prevent damage during transport.

The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was received and, where possible, in its original packaging, including any boxes, bags, tags, labels and other accessories. The original packaging must not be used as the outer shipping packaging but should be protected with an outer box or other suitable packaging during transport.

If the original packaging or the item has been damaged beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, this may result in a reduction in value. In such cases, we reserve the right to reduce your refund by an amount corresponding to the loss in value.

If you choose to return the item without using the enclosed return label, you are responsible for the shipment and bear the risk for the item until it has been received and registered by us.
